The Falcon Hotel Northampton

The Falcon is a traditional 16th century country hotel. Our charming restaurant, with rosette standard food, overlooks the lawns. The menu concentrates on modern English cuisine and meals are made using fresh local produce wherever possible. The oak-beamed Cellar Bar has a fine selection of beers & wines with which to accompany the excellent bar meals. All 16 en-suite bedrooms are individually decorated in traditional English country cottage style. Two fully equipped meeting rooms can accommodate up to 40 guests or delegates.

The Falcon is part of the Compton Estate, Owned by Lord Northampton, and situsted in the pretty hamlet of Castle Ashby. The Estate do, in fact, own the entire hamlet which is untouched by time and quintessentially English. You may enjoy the many walks around the village and surrounding countryside or visit the local courtyard of shops. The hotel itself is split between the traditional inn, with dining room, bar and lounges, along with five letting rooms, and the adjacent cottages, containing 11 bedrooms
