We are a family run budget hotel with 28 ensuite rooms in a ideal location, close to Edinburgh. very peacefull location but not too far from all attractions. We cater for everyone and we are next to the Forth Road/Rail Bridges. We offer free airport parking by arrangement. the building is Over 100-years old the lodge house has all modern conveniences, including tea and coffee making facilities and satellite television. All rooms are en suite and are tastefully decorated. We are a budget hotel. Our bedrooms are not large but are comfortable, and our rates reflect this. We are in an ideal location for which to explore Scotland and Edinburgh. Start the day with our traditional Buffet breakfast all you can eat. Have all of your needs catered for by our dedicated staff all with long service reccords, Internet is available through wireless connection.
